משנה: בְּאֵי זֶה צַד עָשָׂה מַאֲמָר בְּזוֹ וּמַאֲמָר בְּזוֹ שְׁנֵי גִיטִּין וַחֲלִיצָה. מַאֲמָר בְּזוֹ וּבָעַל לְזוֹ שְׁנֵי גִיטִּין וַחֲלִיצָה. מַאֲמָר בְּזוֹ וְגֵט לְזוֹ צְרִיכָה גֵט וַחֲלִיצָה. מַאֲמָר בְּזוֹ וְחָלַץ לְזוֹ הָרִאשׁוֹנָה צְרִיכָה גֵט.

MISHNAH: How? If he “bespoke” both of them, they need two bills of divorce and a ḥalîṣah . If he “bespoke” one and copulated with the other, they need two bills of divorce and a ḥalîṣah. If he “bespoke” one and gave a bill of divorce to the other, [the first one] needs a bill of divorce and ḥalîṣah. If he “bespoke” one and performed ḥalîṣah with the other, the first one needs a bill of divorce.
