משנה: הַשׂוֹכֵר אֶת הַחֲמוֹר לְהָבִיא עָלֶיהָ יֵין נֶסֶךְ שְׂכָרָהּ אָסוּר. שְׂכָרָהּ לֵישֵׁב עָלֶיהָ אַף עַל פִּי שֶׁהִנִּיחַ לָגִינוֹ עָלֶיהָ שְׂכָרָהּ מוּתָּר:

MISHNAH: If somebody hires a donkey to transport libation wine, its wages are forbidden. If he hired it to sit on it, even though he put his barrel on it, its wages are permitted.
