ya indoḥ pavamānasyānu dhāmāny akramīt tam āhuḥ suprajā iti yas te somāvidhan mana indrāyendo pari srava
The man who walketh as the Laws of Indu Pavamana bid, Men call him rich in children, him, O Soma, who hath met thy thought. Flow, Indu, flow for Indra's sake.
ṛṣe mantrakṛtāṃ stomaiḥ kaśyapodvardhayan giraḥ somaṃ namasya rājānaṃ yo jajñe vīrudhām patir indrāyendo pari srava
Kasyapa, Rishi, lifting up thy voice with hymn-composers' lauds, Pav reverence to King Soma born the Sovran Ruler of the plants. Flow, Indu, flow for Indra's sake.
sapta diśo nānāsūryāḥ sapta hotāra ṛtvijaḥ devā ādityā ye sapta tebhiḥ somābhi rakṣa na indrāyendo pari srava
Seven regions have their several Suns; the ministering priests are seven; Seven are the Aditya Deities,-with these, O Soma, guard thou us. Flow, Indu, flow for Indra's sake.
yat te rājañchṛtaṃ havis tena somābhi rakṣa naḥ arātīvā mā nas tārīn mo ca naḥ kiṃ canāmamad indrāyendo pari srava
Guard us with this oblation which, King Soma, hath been dressed for thee.
