The moment
Guru Arjan compiled the hymns of the first five Gurus together with those of bhagats of the sant and Sufi traditions, among them Kabīr, Nāmdev, Ravidās and Shaikh Farīd, and installed the book in the Harmandir Sahib. Its doors open on four sides, a sign that all are welcome.
